Job Description

• You are responsible for the complete portfolio of projects for a number of our regular clients.
• You manage and coordinate projects from A to Z. You take the lead on projects and are responsible for budgeting, cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender documentation, execution files, and all related project documentation.
• In addition to your managerial and operational responsibilities, you also oversee the administrative follow-up of projects, including during the commercial pre-sales phase.
• You act as a trusted partner for several of our long-term clients, advising and supporting them in the development of their construction and fit-out projects.
• You contribute to the development and maintenance of efficient working procedures and team structures, similar to those within an architectural practice.
• You work closely with two Senior Project Managers and, together with the support of four Interior Architects, ensure the timely delivery of all drawings and supporting documentation. You will also regularly be involved in producing technical drawings, preparing bills of quantities, and carrying out other technical tasks.

Profile

• You hold a degree as a Construction Draftsperson, Assistant Architect, Interior Architect, Interior Designer, or have equivalent experience.
• You have a strong affinity with commercial fit-out and interior projects and possess some experience in project management, contracting, and coordinating subcontractors.
• You have excellent communication, coordination, and team coaching skills.
• You have a good command of the French language.
• You have extensive experience working with CAD software.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
