Panos Antwerpen
Station Antwerpen
For Panos at Antwerp Central Station, we worked on behalf of SSP, starting from Panos’ existing concept guidelines. Within this framework, we were responsible for the full translation into execution, from layout and technical detailing to tendering, planning, and site supervision. Within this project, we delivered two distinct retail formats: a fixed in-store location and a kiosk concept. Both are rooted in the same brand DNA, but each requires a tailored approach in terms of spatial design, flow, and use.

PANOS INSTORE
Layout
For the in-store location, we translated the Panos concept into a fully developed retail environment within the context of the station. We developed the layout based on the concept guidelines and tailored it to the available space, circulation, and operational requirements. The focus was on creating a clear customer flow and an efficient back-of-house organization.
Technical development & tendering
We translated the design into execution-ready drawings and a complete tender dossier. We developed detailed layouts and construction drawings, and prepared a clear bill of quantities, ensuring that all parties involved could work from the same set of information.
Planning & coordination
We established a realistic timeline, aligned with the station context and the targeted opening deadline. Through close collaboration with contractors and partners, we monitored progress closely and were able to respond in a timely manner to any changes or practical challenges.

PANOS KIOSK
Compact concept, maximum efficiency
In addition to the in-store location, we also delivered a Panos kiosk within the station. This required a different approach: more compact, faster, and fully focused on flow and immediate service, without compromising the brand’s recognizability.
Result
Both realizations demonstrate how a strong retail concept can be translated into different formats within the same context. Through a consistent approach in design translation, technical development, and project management, both the in-store location and the kiosk were delivered in line with the predefined quality, timing, and brand consistency.
