For putting works out to tender, we start out by drawing up tendering plans. In these we compile detailed information so as to be able to offer an accurate and complete quotation. We provide clear keys and an extensive amount of details in our plans.

If necessary, we add 3D views in order to create a clearer picture. Moreover, we select materials for walls in consultation with you, and we visualise the building in 3D to identify possible conflicts. Throughout the entire process, we maintain close contact with the architects or owner of the building.

Among other things, our set of plans includes demolition plans, layout plan, measurement plan, floor plan, technology plan, sanitary plan, lighting plan, materials plan, detail plan and view plans.
