The delivery of a project is a crucial phase. This is why we ensure a smooth transition from provisional to final delivery.

Provisional delivery:
The provisional delivery represents a major milestone in the construction process. During this phase, together with you, we inspect the construction site and assess the activities executed. We ensure that the work has been performed according to the specifications, diagrams and contractual agreements. Any flaws, errors or incompleteness are identified and corrected before the project is finally delivered.

Following the provisional delivery, the spaces in your building can already be put into use, depending on the arrangements between you and the contractors.

Final delivery
The final delivery takes place after all flaws have been resolved – within an agreed timespan – and the construction project has been completed according to the agreed specification and standards.

Support when opening:
We understand that the days running up to opening can be stressful.
We are therefore on standby and offer the necessary solutions should issues arise prior to starting up the project. We provide input, and escalate immediately to the contractor, so that they can provide a suitable solution in time.
