For the renovation of Lunch Garden, we took full responsibility for the execution, based on the designs provided by the design agency. Our team ensured a smooth translation from design to reality, with a strong focus on quality, timing, and budget control. Thanks to our in-house project manager, every phase of the process was closely monitored.



Tenderproces
We were responsible for the entire tender process, selected the right contractors and partners, and checked all technical plans in detail. During the execution phase, we monitored consistency with the design and made adjustments where necessary.
Planning
From the start-up phase, the focus was on developing a realistic and feasible schedule, aligned with the intended opening date. In close collaboration with contractors and execution partners, we mapped out all key milestones and determined which deadlines were essential to guarantee this target.
Tender dossier
We prepared a complete tender dossier, consisting of clear plans and a detailed bill of quantities. This ensured that all involved parties had access to the same, accurate information, resulting in transparent quotations and an efficient start of the works.



Execution plans
In the next phase, we developed all execution plans in detail. We took into account both technical requirements and practical on-site execution, enabling contractors to work efficiently and accurately.
Projectmanagement
During the execution phase, we took on the project management in collaboration with the client’s external project manager. We monitored the planning, coordinated the various parties, and continuously kept the balance between design, budget, and timing in check. Where necessary, we made swift adjustments to guarantee progress and quality.
